Presidente da Sicredi Nordeste RS. Participou da expansão da cooperativa a partir da criação da Cocecrer-RS, atual Central Sicredi Sul.
“Eu fui eleito presidente da cooperativa com a quinta série. O que eu sabia era plantar uva e produzir vinho. No mesmo dia, eu saí de uma eleição e fui para uma
sala de aula, me matricular no colégio, porque sabia que, sem me preparar, eu não teria um destino. Eu via o crescimento chegando ao Sicredi e sabia onde eu queria estar dentro de cinco anos. Eu já estou formado, mas continuo estudando, porque, se a gente quiser fazer mais um pouquinho de trabalho aqui, tem que se preparar.”

“I was elected president of the cooperative
in fifth grade. All I knew was how to plant grapes and produce wine. So on that same day, I left the election and went to a classroom to enroll in school, because I knew that without preparing myself, I wouldn’t have any future. I saw development coming to Sicredi and I knew where I wanted to be in five years. I’m already graduated, but I keep studying, because if we want to do a little bit more work here, we have to know how.”
Como comerciante e associado da Sicredi Nordeste RS, percebeu que o Sicredi é capaz de atender a todos os segmentos da economia.
“O Sicredi se distingue, no sistema financeiro, por ter um modelo próprio, que é de cooperativa de crédito. O lema ‘vem ser dono’ é praticado e perseguido nas comunidades onde o Sistema está presente, agregando e
fortalecendo a região.”
