Phygital experience
Provide greater autonomy and agility to members in the Sicredi digital transfor- mation strategy. Towards this end, we de- veloped a ‘phygital’ concept, which allows members and staff to enjoy the union of physical experiences, in our branches, with digital experiences, through our platforms.
By applying the phygital concept, members gain autonomy and agility, de- ciding which channel suits them bet- ter. Members can initiate an operation in a physical setting, and finalize it online, and vice-versa. This elevates fluidity and proximity.
In both environments - physical and digital - members are offered the same service experience. As such, Sicredi has worked on modernizing its processes and systems, maintaining its roots and the human essence inherent to interpersonal relationships.

Financial Education
The financial education of members and the population in general is one of Sicredi’s strategies to promote social inclusion. The main action on a national scale towards this end occurs during National Financial Education Week, an innovative initiative by the Nation Financial Education Committee, overseen by the Central Bank of Brazil. We have taken part in the event since 2016, of- fering thousands of free education actions to educate millions of people. In 2019 alone, we organized 5,600 actions during Natio- nal Financial Education Week, among them 4,697 were in-person actions hosted in 964 municipalities, totaling approximately 7,000 hours of capacity building through lectures, workshops, theater and training at schools and in companies.
