At the time, four action fronts were defined: maintenance and stability of our ope- ration, guaranteeing the availability of our financial products and services; innovative experiences in the types of physical and digital relationships; technological evolution, including the implementation of a new banking core - the systems on which all tran- sactions are processed; and the innovation platform, in the areas of architecture and organization, prepared for the future.
In continuation of the strategic actions defined in 2017, CAS PUC was inaugurated at Tecnopuc - Science and Technology Park located at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul. The space is aimed at promoting collaboration and integration with partners, startups, fintechs and the developer community, bringing together more than 200 professionals, comprised of staff and partners. This is also where we developed the digital platform for the new banking core, with fewer connections to the systems running at that time, in order to gain speed in deployment and the availability of new functionalities.
