allowing for the creation of new products and services for all active economic classes. Along similar lines, also of note was the development of a series of products classified as micro-insurance, with fast and simple contracting for lower income brackets.
Enhancing talents, engaging people
An essential part of the Sicredi strategic vision geared towards growth, people mana- gement became an important part of projects developed as from 2013.
With all staff subject to the Performance Management model, the human capital development project placed the institution on the same level as the world’s leading corporate models. In a joint effort involving credit unions, the centrals and CAS, people management processes were mapped and analyzed, resulting in the definition of policies on appreciation and professional capacity building, focused on high performance and a clear definition of responsibilities.
