It is worth noting that Sicredi employees are also members, providing valued participation in generating collective growth and bolstering the spirit of coopera- tivism. This is why the institution has focused on its people management strategy in the development of actions that appreciate employees as real partners in the business. Part of this included the definition of prioritizing the recruitment of local residents and focusing on generating wealth within local communities where credit unions are located.
Through these actions, Sicredi advanced significantly in unifying the formation of a multi-talented team present in several regions, creating a single identity espe- cially with regards to service in their branches.
