were reformulated in favor of a light and agile organization focused on the continued development of solutions and speeder and more efficient deliveries.
This entire process, dubbed “Agile Transformation”, was geared towards the creation of dynamic multidisciplinary teams organized into specialized cells for each product line. Working together, constantly focused on our members’ needs, the agile teams guarantee higher quality in the creation and execution of solutions, considering the varying spectrum of our plurality on a national level.
The methodology was first applied in the development of the new Sicredi Mobi, mobile application, relaunched in 2015. The process involved the simultaneous and dynamic work of professionals from different areas of CAS, as well as specific suppliers, which considerably reduced the cost and time to create and deliver the product.
Widely disseminated throughout the System, the agile methodology was shared through in-person and online capacity building sessions. Today, there are over 50 agile teams that, on average, deliver solutions four times faster in comparison to developments prior to 2015.
Furthermore, several process improvement plans meant that CAS attained excellence in integration and operational support for credit unions. In December 2016, all of the shared services earned ISO 9001/2008 certification, which attests to the quality and efficiency of our credit union support structures.
For even greater integration of the thousands of employees around the country, Sicredi created support tools that effectively connect everyone through dynamic communication and collaboration resources.
In 2018, a chat bot was launched named Theo, in tribute to Father Theodor Amstad. A modern virtual assistant equipped with artificial intelligence, using algorithms and machine learning to communicate with employees in a more human-like manner, resolving doubts and performing operational tasks.
