People, the key to transformation
To promote skills suited to our business model and people management model, 15 fundamental competencies were defined in the principles of cooperativism. These competencies are organized into 4 groups, or main themes. They steer the desired behavior among employees in line with our strategy for digital transformation, busi- ness growth and for bolstering the values and principles of cooperativism.
The transformation movement is led by people, for people. To this end, organiza- tions in which these people work also need to evolve and reinvent, becoming more innovative and collaborative. At the end of the day, transformation means evolving. Evolve the workplace, processes, business strategies and, through this, leverage the evolution of people.
