Relationship processes, actions and structures were modified and transformed within several spheres of the organization, geared towards a transformation in the digital culture comprised of six dimensions: strategy, environment, people, structure, process and incentives.

Since 2017, a digital transformation has been underway at Sicredi. Much more than me- rely altering our technology system, this is a change in the way we develop solutions and in the experience we provide to our members - who are always at the center of our attention.
The development of new technologies was also part of our Information Technology Strategic Plan (PETI, Portuguese acronym), the goal of which was to present a plan to sustain exponential business growth over time, providing faster responses to the needs of members and credit unions.
The Sicredi people management model proposes to integrate staff and build multidisciplinary teams.
