These committees are responsible for guiding the implementation of sustaina- bility at a local level, while significantly contributing to the dissemination of best practices for the System as a whole.
In 2019, the Sicredi Materiality Matrix was reviewed and a new matrix defined, serving as a base to update the Sustainability and Social and Environmental Responsibility Policy, definitively aligning sustainability management with all spheres of the business. We maintained our drivers, adjusting the number of focal topics from eleven to eight, and we defined indicators to monitor the evolution of each theme.
