Para desempenhar funções ou cargos estatutários, os as- sociados precisam, antes, concluir sua formação, por intermédio do Programa Crescer. A capacitação prepara o associado para decidir, de forma consciente, o futuro da sua cooperativa. “O Crescer permite
que as pessoas entendam melhor o ‘Processo Assemblear’ e os assuntos que são analisados. Isso nos tem dado uma qualificação maior da aprovação dos temas que são discu- tidos nas assembleias”, analisa o presidente da Central Sicredi Brasil Central, Celso Figueira.

This training prepares the member to make informed and intelligent decisions about the future of the credit union. “The Grow Program enables people to better understand the ‘Assembly Process’ and the issues that are addressed. in approving the topics that are discussed at the assemblies,” states Celso Figueira, President of the Sicredi Central Brazil Regional Center.
