S.A, and the remaining 73,82% voting stock remained with Sicredi Participações S.A., whose stock is held in the aggregate by Sicredi’s credit unions and Regional Centers. This partnership encapsulates the long-term strategic union of two institutions with the common goal of developing cooperative credit as an economic model for society.
