In 2019 alone, more than 430,000 people took part in meetings and regional assemblies, attesting to the engagement of members, who are the true owners of the business.
The deciding process, comprised of two complementary lines, ensures the security of the management model. The first is the strategic line, which looks to consider opinions presented by the credit unions, centrals and CAS.
