Transformation and governance
In recent years, Sicredi has consolidated its governance, grounded on democratic and collective ideas and the principles of cooperativism. We have been successful in enhancing our decision-making process and established a management committee model throughout the entire System, leveraging transparency and excellence in our governance practices.
In 2017, we approved the Succession Policy for upper management positions, in accordance with Central Bank of Brazil Resolution 4,538, of 2016, establishing the guidelines and regulations for the process of preparing successors. The new guidelines strengthen our premise of internal recognition and continuity of jointly defined strategic planning, thereby guaranteeing succession of executive upper management without causing ruptures.
The same year, the institution created the Executive Directors Committee, comprised of executive directors from the centrals and CAS, contributing to further enhancing our governance. Tactical issues are discussed within this new structure, | 78
